We will design the room(s) to the clients’ exact requirements, consulting closely at every stage of the process, to ensure complete satisfaction. Every contract is meticulously project managed through to satisfactory completion.
No project is too small or, indeed, too large. Our experienced team have managed projects to transform the smallest mammography room to the completion of the largest new-build PET-CT.
Our in-house Health & Safety/CDM Co-ordinator will liaise with the client to ensure complete compliance with current Healthcare regulations throughout the project.
We know how sensitive it is to carry out projects within a working hospital and our team has many years experience in successfully completing contracts with the minimum impact on patients and staff.
Every refurbishment is carried out to the highest standard by very experienced tradesmen, whilst our MEIGaN certificated electricians will install to the latest regulations to ensure complete safety and peace of mind. Every installation is then tested and certificated. Our tradesmen have worked in hospitals throughout the country, with all the major manufacturers’ equipment and with all modalities.
Our in-house knowledge and experience combined with tried and tested professional relationships, enable us to meet all the technical and commercial requirements of the medical turn-key sector.
The CIMS team has worked closely with Estates Offices all over the country, particularly where the Trust has expressed the wish to carry out the turn-key project itself. We are aware that this can be extremely cost effective and we will facilitate the Trusts’ wishes should they choose to go down this route. We will take charge of the project completely, carrying out all the designs, CAD drawings, the complete turn-key package and delivering the finished room on time and within budget.
